How to manage PlayStation Store payment options

Find out how to add or remove a payment method on PlayStation™Store.

How to add a PlayStation Store payment method online

  1. Sign in to PlayStation™Store by selecting Sign In from the top of the screen.
  2. Select your online ID > Payment Management > Add Payment Method.
  3. Enter your payment information.
  • If you add an eligible payment method while shopping on PlayStation Store, the payment information will be saved to your account.
  • You can add a maximum of 3 credit/debit cards to your account.
For more information, select the payment type you would like to use from the list below.

How to remove a PlayStation Store payment method online

When you delete payment details on one device, they are deleted from all devices linked to the account.

  1. Sign in to Account Management.
  2. Select Payment Management.
  3. Select a payment method and select Remove.
  1. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts.

  2. Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Payment Methods.

  3. Choose one of your payment methods, press the options button and select Remove.

  1. Go to PlayStation Store.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the sidebar and select Payment Methods.

  3. Select a payment method > Delete.

  • Removing payment methods will not cancel the active subscriptions on your account. To cancel a subscription, please visit Subscription Management.

How to change your default payment method online

  1. Sign in to PlayStation Store by selecting Sign In from the top of the screen.

  2. Select your online ID > Payment Management.

  3. Select a payment method > Edit > Set as default payment method.

How to cancel a PlayStation Store subscription

Removing payment methods will not cancel the active subscriptions on your account. To cancel a subscription, please visit Subscription Management.
