Coming soon: Hogwarts Legacy

Fans that have been waiting for their Hogwarts acceptance letter will be rewarded with this action RPG for PS4 and PS5 set in the world first introduced in the Harry Potter books. Players will experience the wizarding world in the late 1800s as they attend the School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Spells, potions, magical beasts and Ancient Magic await all those brave enough to Live the Unwritten.

Predator: Hunting Grounds

Inspired by the long-running science fiction horror movie series, Predator: Hunting Grounds is an immersive asymmetrical shooter set in the jungles of South America, where the Predator stalks the most challenging prey. Play as a member of an elite Fireteam and complete paramilitary operations before the Predator finds you. Or, play as the Predator to hunt the most worthy prey, choosing from an array of deadly alien tech to collect your trophies, one by one.

Alien: Isolation

Set 15 years after the events of Ridley Scott's original Alien film, Alien: Isolation follows Ellen Ripley's daughter Amanda as she goes on a mission to discover the truth behind her mother's disappearance. The retro-futuristic design will be familiar to fans of Alien, and expandable content relives scenes directly from the movie.

John Wick director Chad Stahelski is set to take the reins for an upcoming feature adaptation of the acclaimed open-world adventure from Sucker Punch Productions.

Twisted Metal

A live-action TV adaptation of the classic vehicular combat game is in the works, with Deadpool writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick penning the script, and Avengers star Anthony Mackie in the lead role.

The Last of Us

A live-action TV series of Naughty Dog's acclaimed survival adventure is in the works at HBO, starring Pedro Pascal (The Mandalorian), Bella Ramsey (Game of Thrones) and Gabriel Luna (Terminator: Dark Fate), and co-written by Craig Mazin (Chernobyl) and Naughty Dog's Neil Druckmann.

The Witcher

Netflix's acclaimed adaptation starring Henry Cavill as the titual beast-slayer is one of the streaming service's most successful production. While it's based on the original books by author Andrzej Sapkowski, fans of CD Projekt Red's game series will feel right at home in its rich fantasy world. 

Tomb Raider

Alicia Vikander steps into the boots of intrepid adventurer Lara Croft in the 2018 big-screen adaptation of the groundbreaking action franchise, and embarks on a journey to solve the mystery of her father’s disappearance.

Werewolves Within 

Part horror, part comedy: this werewolf of a film is a delightfully funny feature adaptation of Ubisoft's popular PlayStation VR party game, with a charming performance from Sam Richardson.

Sonic the Hedgehog

The highest-grossing superhero film of 2020 was a big hit with fans of the iconic platformer. A sequel is scheduled to follow speedily along in April 2022, while a third film has already been greenlit. 

Resident Evil

With more than 20 adaptations to film and TV, Hollywood just can't stay away from Capcom's survival horror staple. Fans of the original 2002 Paul W. S. Anderson movie starring Milla Jovovich are in for a treat with Netflix set to release a new live-action series in 2022. The series is hot off the heels of the CGI animated Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness and Sony Pictures own Resident Evil: Welcome to Racoon City.

Castlevania

Netflix's animated take on Konami's foundational supernatural platformer was a surprise hit with fans when it debuted in 2017. It ran for four excellent seasons, boasting beautiful animation, sophisticated narrative themes, and plenty of fan service for the franchise faithful.
