Vikendi

A new adventure awaits you this winter in the ruthless snowy plains — Vikendi Reborn. With the changes to the environment and sudden blizzards raging everywhere, your chance of survival is unknown.

Vikendi Reborn — which has expanded from 6km x 6km to 8km x 8km — is composed of various environments such as glaciers, snowfields and greenery, presenting sharp slopes and heavy snow in the north, with relatively less snow and flatter terrain in the south.

  • Observatory: Observatories were established to monitor the new Vikendi's fast-changing environments.  However, everyone from the facility eventually had to leave to save their own lives.
  • Lumber yard: It's well-known that the unique species of trees in Vikendi can withstand the harsh environment. These trees are a favorite local product, which may be why many villagers have previously used lumber from these trees to build their houses.
  • Train station: During the old days, when Vikendi's weather was mild and pleasant, the central train station was the main attraction point, allowing tourists to see Vikendi's beautiful snowy landscape.

Deston

Bankrupt and ruined by a catastrophic hurricane, Deston was left to rot - what remains are hulking desalination plants, overgrown algae farms, and flooded urban sprawl. However, this does not mean the city is completely empty... now these lands serve a whole different purpose.

Erangel

The birthplace of the Battlegrounds and a long-time fan favourite map, Erangel is an 8km x 8km island that features a variety of terrain types.

Explore open grasslands, tall mountains and numerous cities as you battle your way across the war-torn landscape. The highly contested Military Base connects to the island via two dangerous bridges with plenty of ambush opportunities that provide both high risk and high reward. Erangel was the home of the first Lone Survivor, but they most certainly will not be the last.

Miramar

Once the jewel of the desert, Miramar is now a desolate 8km x 8km expanse of ghost towns and rugged terrain.

Being a landlocked battleground, Miramar has the largest landmass of any map, giving survivors plenty of opportunity to spread out and loot. While the badlands may be inhospitable to most, their high vantage points and sparse vegetation make Miramar a sniper’s paradise.

Sanhok

A small 4km x 4km island with dense vegetation, Sanhok is a battleground unlike any other.

Rivers cut the landscape into 3 major sections, while the island’s many hills offer vantage points and cover alike. With so much loot and so many survivors in close proximity, Sanhok is easily one of the most hectic and fast paced battlegrounds out there.

Karakin

At 2km x 2km, the island of Karakin may seem small, but it packs a wide variety of unique features for its 64-survivor capacity.

Breach weak walls with sticky bombs or the powerful Panzerfaust but beware when the Black Zone comes to completely level the building you’re looting. With such little space and a decreasing number of buildings to hide in, Karakin holds its own as one of the most wild and fast-paced battlegrounds.

Paramo

Cradled among the clouds are the highlands of Paramo, a 3km x 3km battleground with hidden secrets that date back to ancient times.

With lava streams from its active volcano carving through the landscape and terrain that changes with each new match, Paramo is certain to provide a challenge to even the most seasoned survivor.

Haven

Don’t let the name fool you, this dense urban 1km x 1km battleground is anything but safe.

Take to the rooftops and alleyways of this small, industrial town as you battle the NPC faction “Pillar” for loot to take down other survivors and claim victory.

But watch out - getting caught in one of Pillar’s search lights is a quick way to end your Chicken Dinner dreams.

Taego

Set in the 1980’s, the 8x8 area of Taego provides a glimpse into the origins of the Battlegrounds.

Battle your way across varied landscapes, through reed fields and into the heart of Hosan Prison as you fight for survival. But defeat is not necessarily the end on Taego. Unique features such as the Self AED to revive yourself and the Comeback BR system give you a second chance at victory in the ultimate life and death fight.
